A2 Coldstore has two tunnel freezers for shock freezing newly arrived products. After being treated with air at -40ÂșC, the products are stored, whether packed or not. The defrosting tunnels, which are used to defrost goods in a controlled manner, have a capacity of 500 tons a week. Small and large consignments of goods are defrosted to the desired temperature.

A2 is familiar with the composition of your products and understands the consequences of the defrosting process. After passing through the defrosting tunnels, the products are placed in ventilated tempering units for a homogenous temperature. A particular speciality is that of defrosting butter.
